ALERT: RAT POISON BAIT BLOCKS have been found lying on the ground inside Cadman Plaza Park. Specifically at the Clark Street entrance. Granted this area is marked with active rat holes, dog owners need to be alert. Some of the blocks can be found under piles of leaves. Try to avoid the Clark Street entrance for now.
