Election Night
Thursday, October 30, 2014, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
On Election Night, shareholders may appear and vote in person in the Community Room during voting hours from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, or may vote by absentee ballot or give their proxy to another to vote on their behalf.
Only one vote per apartment regardless of the number of shareholders set forth on the stock certificate (only one shareholder may secure a ballot for each apartment).
No write-ins are permitted. Absentee ballots are available until October 29th from Susan Dowling (Apt. 20D). Proxies will be available in the management office during regular hours.
