Cadman residents and Notaries Public Alan Posner, Dawn Brekke, and Lawrence Kaplan will be in the Community Room to notarize Income Affidavits the following hours:

 Monday, April 17:  7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Tuesday, April 25:  7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Shareholders wishing to use this free service MUST bring all family members whose names are listed on the income affidavit with them to sign in front of the notary. A government-issued or other official photo ID with signature is required for every person signing the income affidavit.
